Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!

I am honored to be a part of such an outstanding school and community. I look forward to sharing many positive experiences with your children and having an exciting year.

Here at Triple Crown Elementary School our goal is to provide all students with a solid foundation of social and academic skills necessary to be productive and well-adjusted members of our community. We are thankful to have a group of dedicated staff members, supportive parents, and hard-working students who work tenaciously to acquire new skills and strive for continuous improvement.

This year, our students will be immersed in 21st Century Learning, STEaM Education, and technology as they work to acquire their grade level content. In addition, we will be continuing our implementation of AVID Elementary, focusing on organization, accountability, college and career, and WICOR (Writing to Learn, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading to Learn). Our highly qualified teachers have worked diligently to create instructional routines that will reinforce foundational skills while encouraging students to think critically through inquiry and exploration.

For our school program to be successful, it will require a strong home-school connection. We value the partnership we maintain with our families and greater learning community. Parental involvement in a child’s education has a significant impact on the student achievement. Through combined efforts, our students will continue to shine.

This year will be full of new opportunities and experiences for our Colts.
